Sweden Bestows High Honor on Phil Anderson - Evangelical Covenant Church

Congratulations to my esteemed seminary professor, Dr. Phil Anderson on his recent award for his work as a historian and promoting Swedish relations. Phil is a great example of North Park's faculty: an outstanding scholar and servant of the church. Anderson was presented with the insignia of the Royal Order of the Polar Star from the King of Sweden during the Swedish-American Historical Society’s 60th Anniversary gala on November 8 in Chicago. He was made “Commander of the Royal Order of the Polar Star.”
