Essenes Fabricated?

Scholar Claims Dead Sea Scrolls 'Authors' Never Existed - TIME An Israeli scholar suggests that the Dead Sea Scroll were not written by the Essenes, who it was believed lived in Qumran where the scrolls were found. She believes that ancient historian Flavius Josephus fabricated their existence. Her premise is that no where in the 900 scrolls are any mention of the Essenes. DSS scholar from Princeton, James Charlesworth, isn't buying it.
