PULSE Outreach - Cutting Edge Events

I met up with Evangelist Nick Hall last week on my monthly pilgrimage to northern MN. He is a super nice guy and extremely classy. His ministry is PULSE Outreach. Nick helped recruit churches in northern MN for the Palau Festival in the Twin Cities a couple years ago and he is greatly respected by the pastors up there.
