Notice that the article says, "The 64-page book has been published by the London-based Catholic Truth Society. The group has close links to the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales." I'm not sure if that is an official organization of the church so I'm not sure we can say that the Roman Catholic Church is advocating prayer before sex. Nonetheless, despite it's awkwardness, I love that the church believes sexual relations between a husband and wife to be a sacred, blessed act -- something that can be prayed for and not something to be ignored in our spiritual lives.
