2 Catholic Headlines in the Recent News

I recently saw two related headlines in two different media outlets:

Mass exodus confounds diocese - City & Region - The Buffalo News

VirtueOnline - The hidden exodus: Catholics becoming Protestants

So quite possibly, the hemorrhaging of parishioners seen in the western NY Catholic diocese might be transfer / conversion growth into the Protestant church.
