Bellini

I keep getting requests for information about Bellini's. I once had a peach and a rhubarb Bellini at one of Mario Batali's restaurants, Luppa, in NYC. It was made with Prosecco. Here is a Prosecco that I like. It is extraordinary and the bottle is so sexy. Try the one with the blue "crown" (bottle cap).
